Acrobatic Moves For Simit Pieces

We’re trying to bring the way to the Suleymaniye Mosque to minds, in full wet situation with the water drops coming from the sky, in the Europe part of İstanbul. It’s winding and louding, we’re thinking we’re wet already at the bottom, thus no need to use an umbrella to keep the head dry and that’s why the umbrellas are in bags while we’re walking on the same road for the third time hurryly.

And Meryem remembers at last, then we’re taking a turn which brings the first minaret of the mosque into view.

We decided to make a “cross” (to Europe part) tour and turned into fish come-out-of-sea so to say.

We got wetter when we were running aroung to find the mosque in a situation that someone would say they might have dropped into sea to get this much wet and thank God (c.c.) we got warm and dry, maybe not outside but inside when we saw the mosque.
After some praying and the afternoon salah, we went to the Grandbazaar (Kapalı Çarşı). It was surprising to see that the only Turks in view were the shop owners. All the others were tourists who came for some shopping maybe or maybe just for seeing. But it’s no sense to make shopping in there. So expensive. They are having people on. So dearly selling.

Then a ship transport again which we threw simit (some kind of a ring shaped, susame seeds on it, pastry) pieces to seagulls and home sweet home.

Nice day people.
