Voces Inocentes (2004)

May 30, 2010

In 1980, a civil war erupted in the small country of El Salvador. It began as a conflict between the Salvadorian Army and the peasants over land. The peasants soon organized and became the guerrilla army known as the FMLN. This conflict escalated into a brutal civil war that would last 12 years. Cuscaranzingo was one of the last villages trapped between the guerrilla and the army. Here is where this story takes place.

Based on a true story.

It was like i was watching the real events take place. Like i was there and invisible, witnessing. They were real. Those people actually went through the things that happened in this movie.

It wasn’t human at all. I was ashamed of my humanity. They were like dead bodies. Being controlled. Control? Who is controlling anyway? The man who is giving the orders? Order? What is it anyway? Why is it that in a research about until what limit people could take orders, we see that they take it really well. There were two seperate rooms and in one, there were the test subjects taken one by one inside, and in the other room there was a normal man or a woman. And the researchers ask the subject person to push the button in front of him to send electrical waves to the person in the other room that were connected with electrical wires. And guess what? The subject obeys the order. Even though there came painful screams from the other room, he/she didn’t stop pushing the button until the researcher said ok.

It wasn’t only one if you’re thinking “well, maybe that one was a beast”, but many of them. It’s been a long time since i’ve read the article but as far as i remember only 1 person didn’t obey at all and only 2 or 3 left it half way. But the other subjects, they took it all the way until the doctor said enough.

Isn’t that why people hide behind orders anyway? Because it’s easier that way. Like you don’t have morals or simply a brain to decide what’s good and what’s bad.

“This story could have been told by Fito, or Chele.
…or Cristina Maria.
But it was left up to me.
It’s for them.”

  1. Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That’s right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
